KRK Supplements Tribulus Terrestris

The website of KRK Supplements Tribulus Terrestris certainly extolls the virtues of the Tribulus terrestris plant from boosting testosterone levels to enhancing energy. While we like that this product was formulated with 100% pure and natural ingredients and that it does not contain a proprietary blend, it is unclear whether this supplement will actually deliver the benefits of the Tribulus terrestris plant. Containing 1000 mg of Tribulus terrestris, this product does not contain the highest nor the lowest dose that we’ve seen. It is certainly higher than many Tribulus products we have reviewed but for additional potency we look to see the percentage of standardization. Unfortunately, it was only standardized to 45% .  Additionally, we could not ascertain from which part of the plant this supplement is extracted. This is another aspect that would affect the potency of this product. Overall though, we like this manufacturer and feel that they formulated a decent option. 

In addition to the standardization, extraction and dosage of Tribulus terrestris, we looked for ingredients to aid the absorption throughout the body. Unfortunately, we did not see any such ingredient here. The only addition we did see was gelatin. While many supplement manufacturers use gelatin in their capsules, there are vegan alternatives that are just as effective and do not contain any animal products. There is a growing movement to ensure that supplements are suitable for those on vegetarian and vegan diets, especially as it is suitable for all-natural products.  

Surprisingly, we could not find any reviews from actual customers. Reviews were lacking not only on the product’s website but on third-party seller sites such as Amazon. To have not one review stating that KRK Supplements Tribulus Terrestris helped someone achieve their health goals is concerning, to say the least. Ultimate Nutrition Bulgarian Tribulus claims to naturally aid the production of luteinizing hormone (LH) in order to improve testosterone levels. This can lead to boosted testosterone levels, supported muscle growth and increased strength, stamina and sex drive. This formula is derived from 100% Bulgarian Tribulus which is an excellent source of Tribulus terrestris. However, when it comes to the dosage and purity of this supplement, we were less impressed. This formula contains only 750mg of a Tribulus Blend. Unfortunately, not only is this a low dose, but there is no way of knowing exactly what the breakdown of Tribulus terrestris extract is found here.   

Many companies will utilize proprietary blends in order not to have to list the exact amounts of ingredients found in the blend. In this case, there is an extract from the fruit of the Tribulus terrestris plant as well as parts of the stems and leaves of the plant. As such, it is impossible to determine from analyzing this formula if it will actually be effective. We would have liked to see an additional ingredient to aid the absorption of this Tribulus Blend but, sadly, that has been omitted in this product.

When we analyzed customer reviews we found a true mixed bag of comments. While there are those who recommend this product, many others experienced severe side effects and still others found this supplement had no effect on them whatsoever. Many times what will work for one person, will not work for another. This is why we recommend finding Tribulus supplements with a money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, the ‘guarantee’ found here is only valid for the first 15 days after receipt of the bottle and is only applicable if less than 10% of the bottle has been used.
